Treatment of ICU-acquired weakness

Successfully designed and developed an in-patient therapy to address a major unmet need of ICU-acquired muscle weakness. The functionality and design addressed specific physiological challenges and usability barriers. The development and FDA clearance of the system was achieved within 9 months, and the system included disposable, reusable, and capital equipment elements. Product used successfully in more than 10,000 treatment session at US hospitals.
